The ENFJ journey
1. The ordinary world Fe, Hero
Your home is the group. You read people, bring them together and lift them up.
2. The call Ti, Inferior
The call comes through Ti: a question nobody can answer for you. Is it true? Is it fair? What do I think, alone, apart from what everyone feels?
5. The threshold Fi, Opposing Personality
At the threshold stand personal values that refuse to join the group, including your own. Listening to them can feel selfish; it is the first step to knowing what you want.
8. The ordeal Te, Demon
At the bottom of the circle is Te turned cold: people used as tools, results at any cost. The ENFJ's deepest fear is becoming the manipulator they dread.

What success means for an ENFJ
People lifted, truth kept.
For an ENFJ, success is people growing because you believed in them, around a vision that is true.

How to recognize an ENFJ
The look
Warm and expressive, attentive to everyone in the room, quick to make eye contact and to smile.
The words
Encouraging and persuasive: "we", "together", "how do you feel about it?".
The giveaway
They notice the person left out, and draw them in.
Often mistaken for ESFJ
Both lead with Fe. The ENFJ's Parent is Ni, a vision of where people can go; the ESFJ's is Si, care through tradition and what has worked. Ask whether they lead people toward a future, or keep them safe in what they know.
